Girls Track & Field

Sport Overview
Girls Track and Field is a non-cut sport that encourages all athletes to join the team and see what event you like best. There are 18 different events ranging from short sprints to longer races as well as throws, jumps, hurdles, and pole vault.
Our season starts on January 20th. We emphasize and celebrate personal improvement from day to day and throughout the season. No experience is required as we tailor the workouts to your experience and ability.
Whether track is your only sport, or you are a multi-sport athlete, we welcome you to the team and will work to make you faster, stronger, and more athletic.
