Bus Routes
Route Assignments
District 113 route assignments are built using confirmed transportation ridership. Families must opt in through Campus Parent by July 29, 2026 to be included in initial route planning. Once routes are finalized, families may access route information through the My Ride K-12 mobile app. Route information may include bus number, stop location, and estimated pickup or drop-off time.
Please review the transportation eligibility information below to confirm whether your student qualifies for regular district transportation or may request paid ridership.
Transportation Eligibility
Students who reside 1.5 miles or more from their assigned school are eligible for district transportation on general education routes.
For the 2026–27 school year, eligible families must complete the transportation opt-in process through Campus Parent to receive bus service. Students who do not opt in by the deadline may not be included in initial route planning.
Students who live within the 1.5-mile walk boundary are not automatically eligible for regular district transportation but may request paid ridership, subject to available capacity and District approval.
Paid Ridership
Families who reside within the 1.5-mile walk boundary may request paid transportation, subject to available bus capacity and District approval.
Paid ridership requests will be reviewed after eligible transportation routes are built for students who reside beyond the 1.5-mile walk boundary. Approval of paid transportation does not guarantee that a new stop will be created. When approved, students may be assigned to an existing stop or route location that can be safely and efficiently served.
The fee is $230 per student, per semester.

There is a payment plan option that allows two payments per semester. If you would like to pursue this option, please contact your school's Instructional Resource Manager at jrossi@dist113.org (HPHS students) or asuszek@dist113.org (DHS students).
Multiple Address Route Assignments
All students/families who require more than one bus route assignment must submit a request for the additional stop via email to the transportation department. The transportation department will only transport students to and from addresses that have been verified by our district registrar and listed in the student's Infinite Campus profile. Please provide the necessary information to our district registrar to have the address added to your student's Infinite Campus profile.
