Health Services

Overview

At District 113, student health and well-being are at the heart of what we do. Our Health Services team is committed to supporting students and families by offering reliable access to important health information, guidance, and care.

On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about District 113 health care plans, immunization requirements, physical exam forms and procedures for new and returning students. You can also learn more about how we manage medications during the school day, what to do if your child becomes ill and how we determine when it’s appropriate for a student to return to school after being sick.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to one of our dedicated team members listed under contact information. We’re here to help and look forward to supporting your family’s health needs.
