Prom & After Prom Party

Tickets are on sale Monday, March 16th at 8:00 am until Tuesday, April 7th at 4:00pm.  We cannot accommodate late purchases.

1. Tickets are $150 each and sold through the 5 Star store here.  You may also purchase tickets at the bookstore if you prefer to pay in cash or with a check. Please see Mr. Verisario if you need financial assistance. 
2. Your ID will be your ticket.  Please make sure you have your ID or IC app on your phone at Prom. Guests must bring a picture ID.  
3. There are NO refunds on ticket purchases after April 24th at 3:00 pm. 
4. Buying a ticket for a guest?

• If your guest is a DHS student - follow these directions. You need to know your guest's ID number. 
• If your guest is NOT a DHS student: 
   
  1. This is a new, multiple-step online process. Please give yourself plenty of time to complete. You CANNOT buy a ticket nor will your guest be able to enter if the process is not completed.
  2. Before you can purchase a ticket, you must complete all steps in the guest approval process by Friday, March 14th by 3 p.m. Click on this link to complete the process.
  3. Once complete, you will receive an 8-digit ID number. Use this number to purchase your guest’s ticket in 5Star, and enter “guest” as their last name.

All attendees will take a coach bus from the Sachs Center to Prom and back. You must arrive and check-in between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Buses will leave promptly at 7:00 p.m. Buses will return to the Sachs Center at approximately 11:30 p.m.

The Deans’ Office is here to help ensure that everyone has a safe and fun Prom experience.  As we do every morning now, students will scan in to gain entry to the event. Please have your school ID or IC App available. One additional measure we will be taking to ensure everyone’s safety is to conduct a search of purses/bags, coat/jackets and all pockets (pulled out) before boarding the bus. We appreciate your patience as we get you to Prom safely.

While we will not be serving items with peanuts or tree nuts and can try to accommodate special requests for meals that don't contain other allergens, the Loews Hotel has a shared kitchen where traces of all allergens and cross-contamination are possible. Please contact Mrs. Doktor at kdoktor@dist113.org or Mrs. Kellogg at skellogg@dist113.org for allergy-related questions.

Salad:

• Baby spinach salad with marinated straw mushrooms, Granny Smith apples, bleu cheese, and sweet cranberry vinaigrette (V, GF)

Entrees (choice of one):

• Mediterranean French Chicken Breast with cherry tomato, olives, and natural reduction (GF, DF), paired with aged Tillamook cheddar cheese and scallion risotto (VE, GF), and garlic and balsamic shaved brussels sprouts (VE, GF)
• Seared Filet Mignon, rosemary garlic, Bourbon vanilla demi-glace (GF, DF), paired with aged Tillamook cheddar cheese and scallion risotto (VE, GF), and garlic and balsamic shaved brussels sprouts (VE, GF)
• Eggplant Napolean, ratatouille, tomato coulis (V, VE, GF)

    GF - Gluten Free, V - Vegetarian, VE - Vegan,  DF - Dairy Free
 

Table sign-up will occur IN PERSON on Tuesday, April 14th, during lunch periods. Tables seat up to 12. More details are available in this form.

Nomination forms will be sent through student email on April 8th and are due April 10th. All nominations must include first and last names that are correctly spelled.
